Depending on how you contact us or use our services, we may collect:

• energy usage, bills, photographs, plans and information about the systems you are interested in;
• answers submitted through our website or lead forms on Facebook and Instagram;

We usually obtain information directly from you. We may also receive it from Meta when you submit one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, from a person acting with your permission, from an authorised referral partner, or from publicly available sources where lawful.

Please do not send us health information or other special-category personal data unless we specifically ask for it and explain why it is needed.
